On the backdrop of Christian ministry, it is important to equip the theological students who are trained to take up ministry as fulltime vocation, to understand the intensity of crisis it causes to people living with HIV&AIDS. To address this need, CANA had facilitated various consultations of the theological educators to develop course on HIV&AIDS which resulted in incorporating the AIDS Studies by thirty colleges across the country from the academic year 2008-2009.
In a follow up, CANA also builds the capacity of theological educators by conducting training programs on subjects like Stigma, Discrimination and the Role of the Church, Law & Ethics, Sex & Sexuality, and ART etc. The trainings equipped them to train their students successfully to enter into a meaningful ministry on HIV & AIDS.
CANA has like minded members from people/NGO to share and work together.
